Dr. Chidimma A. Abuka is an author, strategist, educator, and Executive Director of Global Co-Leadership Development and Change Management at Polymathes Consulting. She specializes in helping organizations navigate complexity through collaborative leadership, organizational change, and multidisciplinary strategy.

She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP), where her research explored the intersections of collaborative leadership, gender equality, and work-life integration. Her work bridges leadership, business, education, and the built environment to help organizations create more adaptive, resilient, and people-centered systems.
