Dr. Abuka is a global co-leadership strategist and thought strategic partner in designing equitable, future-focused organizations. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP), where her research explored the intersections of collaborative leadership, gender equality, and work-life integration.
