A little about me:
Dr. Abuka is a global co-leadership strategist and strategic partner in designing equitable, future-focused organizations. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP), where her research explored the intersections of collaborative leadership, gender equality, and work-life integration.
With a background rooted in strategy, design, futures research, and systems thinking, Dr. Abuka works at the nexus of leadership, sustainability, and inclusive innovation, empowering people and institutions to lead with purpose and vision.
Her expertise includes strategic planning, organizational research, and inclusive engagement. She develops frameworks that help institutions and firms align their culture, leadership, and environments with future-focused goals.
Her work is further operationalized through the Dualis Co-Leadership System, a structured approach that integrates assessment, alignment, and application to support co-leaders in designing and sustaining shared leadership in practice.
